What we do

Line and base maintenance, AOG support, NDT, logistics and everything around keeping your aircraft airworthy.

Non-Destructive Testing

NDT Level 2 & 3, worldwide

We offer specialized NDT services worldwide, utilizing advanced techniques to assess aircraft integrity without compromising their structure. Our certified NDT professionals provide precise, reliable inspections to ensure safety and compliance for fleets across the globe. Personnel are certified to EN 4179 / NAS 410, the methods below are listed on our EASA Part-145 approval (LV.145.0028).

Eddy Current Testing

Eddy Current Testing (ET)

Induced-current inspection for surface and near-surface cracking in metallic structure, without removing paint or coatings.

Typical applications

  • Fastener hole & lap joint cracking
  • Corrosion-prone skin areas
  • Engine pylon & landing gear fittings
  • Post-repair verification
Liquid Penetrant Testing

Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT)

Dye penetrant inspection for surface-breaking defects on non-porous metallic components, down to hairline cracks.

Typical applications

  • Castings & forgings
  • Welds and machined fittings
  • Overhaul-shop component checks
  • In-service crack screening
Ultrasonic Testing

Ultrasonic Testing (UT)

Sound-wave inspection for sub-surface flaws and thickness measurement through the full depth of a structure.

Typical applications

  • Composite & bonded structure
  • Corrosion thinning surveys
  • Thick metallic sections
  • Bond-line integrity checks

NDT training

NDT courses run alongside our Part-147 type-training schedule — dates and enrolment are on the training portal.

Engineering Support

Engineering answers before the wrench moves

Repair schemes, damage assessments and OEM liaison — resolved by our own engineering desk before work starts on the aircraft.

From minor repair evaluation to full damage-tolerance assessments, our engineers work directly against Airbus, Boeing and Bombardier technical data to close findings without unnecessary delay.

Aircraft Storage

Parking, preservation and return-to-service

Short or long-term storage at our Riga base, with a preservation programme that keeps the aircraft ready to fly again.

Aircraft are inducted, preserved and monitored to the applicable maintenance programme, with periodic checks logged throughout storage and a full de-preservation package at reactivation.

Start-Up Support

Getting a new operator into the air

AOC and Part-145 start-up projects need a maintenance partner from day one — we plug in as line and base capability while your own organisation stands up.

We support new operators and lessor-owned start-ups with interim maintenance cover, technical records set-up and engineering support through certification.

Aircraft Dismantling

End-of-life, managed to the paperwork

Controlled teardown and part-out, with every removed component traceable back to the airframe it came from.

Dismantling is planned against a parts and material recovery plan agreed with the owner, with EASA Form 1 traceability maintained on every serviceable component recovered.

Structural repairs, engineered and built in-house

Structure Repairs & Manufacturing

Structural repairs, engineered and built in-house

From skin and stringer repairs to bespoke tooling, our structures team designs and manufactures the fix, not just applies it.

Repairs are engineered against OEM structural repair manuals or bespoke DER-approved schemes, and manufactured in our own shop to keep the aircraft on our stand for the shortest time possible.

Technical Training

Trained by engineers who work the aircraft every day

Type training, recurrent training and NDT courses, delivered under our own EASA Part-147 approval by instructors who maintain the same aircraft at our Riga base.

Course dates and enrolment run through our training portal, alongside the Part-147 type-training programme.

Logistics

We find the part, and we get it to the aircraft

An aircraft is rarely grounded by the work itself — it is grounded waiting for a component. Our logistics desk exists to close that gap.

We source from OEMs, approved distributors, repair shops and our own pool, and we hold the fast-moving A220 and A320 items that most often stop a departure. When a part is not on the shelf, we know who has it and how quickly it can be released with the right EASA Form 1.

From there it is a transport problem, and we treat it as one: hand-carry on the next commercial flight, road freight across Europe overnight, charter when the numbers justify it, or AOG courier where hours matter more than cost. We handle customs paperwork, dangerous-goods declarations and temperature or shock-sensitive packing, and you get one reference number and one person to call until the part is in the technician's hands.

The same desk supports scheduled work: pre-positioning material ahead of a base check, consolidating shipments to keep freight cost down, RSPL analysis, and managing the return flow of unserviceable units and cores back to the repair vendor.
